Shipping
- Free shipping on orders of $75 or more (after discounts).
- Orders under $75 ship for a flat $15.
- Orders ship via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates set by USPS and may vary.
- Free in-clinic pickup is available at our Union City, Concord and Las Vegas clinics — choose Store Pickup at checkout.
- Subscribe & Save orders always ship free.
Exchanges
- Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be exchanged for another product within 7 days of delivery.
- To start an exchange, email abbyskinclinic1@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
- Products are not refundable, except as required by law or as described below.
- Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item or refund it.
