Skincare products

• Unopened, unused products may be exchanged for another product within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items will be replaced or refunded if reported within 7 days of delivery. Full details: Shipping, Returns & Exchanges.

Treatments, packages and gift cards

• Payments for treatments, service packages and pre-paid treatments are non-refundable once purchased.
• If you are unable to use an unrendered, pre-paid service, the unused value (based on the per-session price) can be applied once toward other services at any of our clinics.
• All treatment sales — including injectables (Botox/Dysport/Xeomin, dermal fillers), laser treatments, facials and chemical peels — are final once the treatment is performed.
• Payment for procedures is due at the time of treatment. For packages, payment for the entire package is due at the first scheduled treatment.
• Gift cards are available in any amount and are non-refundable.

Treatment outcomes

We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science, and how you respond to a treatment varies from person to person. Payments are for treatments performed, not for a specific result — but we always strive to achieve the best possible result for you. Our FFMS Medical Spa team discusses treatment objectives, likely outcomes, benefits and risks with every client before treatment.

Treatment elsewhere

During your treatment plan, please let your skin care specialist know before using other skincare products or having treatments at another facility, so we can keep your plan safe and effective. This never prevents you from seeking a second opinion — we’re happy to refer you to specialists when needed.
