This Privacy Policy explains how Abby Skin Clinic and FFMS Medical Spa Inc. (“Abby Skin Care,” “we,” “us”) collect, use and share information when you visit abbyskinmedspa.com, shop our products, or book services at our Union City, Concord and Las Vegas locations.

- Information you give us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order details, appointment requests, messages you send us, and reviews you post.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and similar data collected through cookies, pixels and analytics tools, including Google (Site Kit / Analytics) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
- Booking information: online appointments are scheduled through Vagaro, which collects the information you enter under its own privacy policy.
Health information
Information about your treatments, consultations and medical history collected in our clinics is handled under applicable health-privacy laws and our clinic intake and consent forms, not this website policy. Please do not send medical details through website forms, chat or email.
How we use information
To process and ship orders; manage subscriptions; schedule appointments; respond to questions; send order, appointment and (with your consent) marketing messages; operate our affiliate program; improve our website; prevent fraud; and comply with law.
How we share information
With service providers who work on our behalf (website hosting, payment processing, shipping, email/SMS, booking, analytics and advertising partners); with our affiliate-program platform when you buy through an affiliate link; when required by law; or as part of a business transfer.
